The accounting software of Autobricks AI
Invoices and receipts come in by email, WhatsApp and Telegram. Finro reads each one, files it to payables, receivables or expenses, and keeps every total in a single currency — without anyone opening an app.
Three steps, none of which need a person.
01
A bill lands in a mailbox or a chat you have connected. Mailboxes are swept every minute and chat arrives as it is sent, so nobody has to be signed in — or remember to forward anything.
02
Claude pulls out the vendor, number, dates, currency, tax and line items. If the model is unavailable there is an offline reader that works on the text alone, so nothing sits in a queue waiting for an API.
03
A bill becomes a payable, an invoice you raise becomes a receivable, and a receipt becomes an expense — never a payable, which would inflate what you appear to owe. Everything is converted into one reporting currency at the rate for its own date.
Connect as many as you like. Each one is off until you connect it, and can be disconnected without losing anything it already filed.
Swept for new mail, oldest unseen first.
The same sweep, through Microsoft Graph.
Link a number by QR. Only the chats you pick are read.
One bot per team, with an allow list of who may file.
A message has to name money and state an amount before it is read at all. Chatter is never sent to the model, never stored and never shown — the inbox is a book of accounts, not a transcript.
One ledger, three directions. Raise an invoice as a branded PDF, chase what is overdue, and keep receipts with who paid — a company card, the bank, or a person who is owed it back.
Aging by bucket, DSO, DPO and collection effectiveness, month-by-month trend, and the whole management report as a PDF.
Invoices keep the currency they were written in. Totals, charts and aging are expressed in your base currency, converted at each document’s own date and never quietly restated.
An HTTP surface lets an AI agent file a bill, read what is outstanding and mark it settled. Each workspace has its own token, so one leaked secret reaches one workspace.
Reimbursement claims, currency exposure and more are modules you switch on per workspace. Nothing that ships on can be switched off, so the marketplace can only ever add.
Every account gets its own workspace with its own base currency, time zone and ingest token. Nothing crosses between them. A shared sample workspace comes with every signup, so there is something to look at before a single bill has arrived.
